This is not American Mexican cuisine, so don&#39;t compare chopped beef with beef stew. This is a must-see Mexican restaurant in Utah. The stew here is super delicious. This store has two branches. If one of the stores is crowded (generally there are many people), Just walk to another store, Margarita is superb, delicious!

Red Iguana

This store is probably the best Mexican restaurant in Salt Lake City. Locals love it. Authentic Mexican food, delicious Margaret (cocktail). You may have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for a seat on a weekend night, but the wait is worth it.

Wonderful atmosphere, classy and professional service, nice wine listing, and spectacular menu. I had the special, apricot drizzled scallops . The sauce was perfection. They were divine .
